My sincere condolences to the Lopez family. Angel was the first person to welcome me into the New York WATERWAY family. He was a good friend and we called each other brothers eventually. I got to meet Sammy and I heard soooo much about his daughter and sister. He really loved his family.
He will truly be missed.
RIP my brother.
