Obituary of Jorge Noris

Jorge Noris, age 87, resident of Ridgefield, New Jersey, formerly a long time resident of Bronx, New York departed from this earth on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at 3:12 pm from complications associated with dementia and diabetes. He was born in Santa Lucía, Cuba in 1929 and immigrated  to the United States in 1958.  He was a furniture maker by profession. He was a excellent craftsman, who took great pride at his work.  He was married 59 years to Eulogia Morales, whom he is survived by. He was the father of two children, Jorge Luis Noris and Anna Rose Noris, whom also survive him. He was also survived by two grandchildren, George Calles and Alexandra Calles.  He was the best Abuelo anyone could ask for.  Visitation will be on Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM . There will be a funeral mass in his honor at St. Augustine Church in Union City. Followed by funeral services  at Garden State Crematory, North Bergen, New Jersey.  We thank all of you who took time to attend services, call us, write us and comfort us.
