Obituary of Dimitri I Morales
In Loving Memory of Dimitri Isaac Morales August 31, 2004 – November 25, 2024 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Dimitri Isaac Morales, aged 20, on November 25, 2024. A beloved son, brother, nephew, and friend, Dimitri (aka Dima) brought light and joy to all who knew him. Born on August 31, 2004 in Englewood, NJ, Dima grew up with a zest for life, an infectious smile, and a heart full of kindness. He was a remarkable young man whose determination and dedication were evident in all he pursued. Dima proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy, where his strength of character and sense of duty left a lasting impression on his shipmates. His unwavering commitment to his service and his love for his family and friends defined him. Outside of his duties, Dima was known for his adventurous spirit, quick wit, and boundless energy. Whether he was hiking, volunteering, or sharing a laugh, Dima had a remarkable ability to lift those around him. He is survived by his mother, father and brother, who will forever cherish his memory. Though his time with us was far too short, Dima’s impact was immeasurable. Dimitri’s family will receive relatives and friends for visitation on Friday, December 13, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Jorge Rivera Funeral Home (4543 Kennedy Blvd, North Bergen, NJ). A Roman Catholic Funeral Mass will be offered Saturday, December 14, 2024, 9:00 AM, at St. Augustine's Church (3900 New York Ave, Union City, NJ) followed by interment at Fairview Cemetery (500 Fairview Ave, Fairview, NJ). Dima, you will always be missed, but your legacy of love and courage will remain in our hearts forever. May your soul continue to sail with fair winds and calm seas.
