Luis E. Oquendo aka "Indio" resident of Hoboken , NJ formerly of Humacao, PR . Luis passed away peacefully at home at the age of 90 surrounded by his daughters. He was a significant influence in the Oquendo Family . A true leader & pillar who lived life to the fullest leaving a great legacy behind. His joy & laughter will never be forgotten. His love for his family & friends exceeded all others. He is survived by 3 daughters & and son , 16 grandchildren & 13 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be offered on Thursday, April 4, 2024 and Friday, April 5, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Hoboken, NJ on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Fariview Cemetery, Fairview, NJ.
