Even though you left our side so soon, I’m happy that you’re in the arms of God taking care of the gardens of flowers like you always enjoyed, and I’m glad I was able to take care of you and be by your side with my grandma and family in the final months helping you and applying everything I learned in Nursing school to give you a comfortable end of life. A strong, humble, honest, and caring grandpa, your lessons, wisdom and commitment to following God will be with me until the end of my life. May your soul rest in peace, we will see each other again when God decides so. On the 9th day of your departure, I thank God and the angels that helped you throughout this journey and pray for your soul. I was with you until you fell under the eternal slumber. This is not a goodbye, but a see you soon, goodnight grandpa, I love you with all my heart, thank you for everything and helping me become a better person and a better nurse .
