Obituary of Olga Torres

Olga Torres, 87, of Suffern, NY, passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 1, 2023 in New City, NY.

Olga was born in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico to Matilde Hernández and Amado Torres on November 30, 1936. She was the oldest of 9 children. Olga is survived by her oldest daughter Maria de Lourdes Vazquez of Lodi, NJ, her son-in-law José Angel González of Lodi, NJ, her grandson Daniel José González of Lodi, NJ, her granddaughter Raquel Zoe González of Lodi, NJ, as well as her youngest daughter Elizabeth Licy Pla of Austintown, OH, her son-in-law William Pla of Austintown, OH, her grandson William Gabriel Vazquez-Pla of Austintown, OH, her grandson Daniel Vazquez-Pla of Campbell, OH, her granddaughter-in-law Maxine Ruby Pla of Campbell, OH, her great grandson Jacob Daniel Vazquez-Pla of Campbell, OH and her great grandson Omar Rivera of Jersey City, NJ. Visitation will be held at Jorge Rivera Funeral Home 4543 John F Kennedy Blvd, North Bergen, NJ 07047 on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Burial will be held at Fairview Cemetery, 500 Fairview Ave, Fairview, NJ 07022 on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
