Obituary of Daniel Mendez Castro

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Daniel Mendez Castro. Resident of Newark, New Jersey, Formerly of Moca, Puerto Rico. Don Daniel or Danny as everyone in the community knew him was loved by all. Danny loved to make people laugh by making jokes all the time. Besides being a sports fanatic, he was also known for his singing abilities. Danny will be GREATLY missed, he will live in our memories forever.

Family will receive friends and relatives for visitation at the funeral home, Monday, December 4, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Augustine's Church, Followed by an entombment at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, New Jersey.
