Obituary of Maria Magdalena Vidal

Maria Magdelena “Male” Vidal passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023. She grew up in Barceloneta Puerto Rico and came to New York in 1969 where she would soon meet the love of her life and husband Juan Vidal. Maria was a loving, kind, sweet generous woman, who treated everyone like family. She took care of all the neighborhood kids until the age of 83, and even adopted a child. She raised her grandchildren as if they were her own and would move mountains for them. She enjoyed caring for others, cooking, watching novellas and most of all spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter Ana Colon, son Carlos Colon, and grandchildren Lizzy, Wigberto, Carlito, Eduardo, Elvin, Tiffany, Sylvana, Daniella, Beverly, and Brandon. Funeral Services will be held 4pm to 9pm on Sunday July 2, 2023 at Jorge Rivera Funeral Home
