Obituary of Angel Manuel Reyes

Angel Manuel (Tito) Reyes, 78, of Union City, New Jersey, passed away on May 22nd, 2021 in his home in Union City. The wake service will be held at Jorge Rivera Funeral Home 4543 Kennedy Blvd North Bergen, NJ, 07047 on May 28th at 4pm to 7pm. Angel Reyes was born in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico to Ramon Reyes and Tomasa Maldonado on Feb 16th, 1943. He migrated from Puerto Rico to the United States in the 1960s for a better way of life for him and his family. In his life he touched the lives of many with his personality and paved the way for a great way of life for him and his children, residing in Hoboken. He then remarried and on his quest to increase his family’s stability he moved to Union City, worked hard and eventually retired. During his retirement he took on the roles as the mother, father and everything in between in the household. Angel is survived by his wife, Sulema of Union City. And his late children Katherine, Elizabeth and Jack Reyes. As well as his first children Mickey, Luis and Lisa Reyes. Our family is receiving guests for in person visitation services offered from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Friday May 28th, 2021 at Jorge Rivera Funeral Home in North Bergen, New Jersey
