It was a privilege working with Frank when he was the ocean county public defender And I was the presiding judge of the criminal courts In ocean county. He was an outstanding advocate for his clients, not only because he knew the law involved but because he cared in such a real way about his clients. I got to know him quite personally. The warmth and genuineness of his personality was 2nd to none...a true gentleman. I was distressed to hear of his passing. His wife and family have my sincerest condolences. Peter J. Giovine

Frank’s best and happiest moments where when he was with his grand daughter. He was a family man, loved his privacy. Never had anything negative to say about anyone. Frank loved his job and took pride in what he did. Was admire and respected by his peers and every one he met. Frank was an attorney for over 35 years of his life, he care and fought for justice and fairness on every representation he took. Frank was a fighter a strong believer of justice. In his personal life he also fought for the past few years to live and to enjoy to the fullest life. He fought one of the biggest challenges of his life cancer. He fought to the very end. He is survived by his wife, step daughter, grand daughter, mother, siblings, nephew's and niece’s. Rest In Peace my brave husband. For ever in our memory and in our hearts.♥️
