Obituary of Sergio "Sam" Quinones

Sergio "Sam" Quinones, resident of Jersey City, New Jersey. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Funeral services will be held in Puerto Rico. In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation the St. Jude's Children's Hospital at www.stjude.org/donate.

Sergio “Sam” Quinones Sr. received his angel wings on 11/14/18 after suffering from complications due to a heart attack. Sergio was born on 8/4/1957 in Jersey City, NJ to parents Gilberto Manuel Montero Quinones and Cruz Maria Cruz Quinones whom he will now be joining in eternal paradise.                  

Sergio was truly a selfless person, dedicating his life to helping those in need through both his career and volunteer work. An avid baseball fan (GO YANKEES), Sergio also enjoyed traveling, trips to the casinos, and spending time with loved ones.

Sergio will be lovingly remembered by his children: Sergio Quinones Jr and Krisely Regalado 

Grandchildren: Krisely Angelys Regalado, Noah Alexzander Regalado, and Leo Amel Merry

Siblings: Felipa Guzman, Palmira Quinones, Nelson Quinones-Cruz, Carmen Komninos, David Quinones, Nancy Quinones, George Quinones and extended family and countless others whose lives were touched by his love, humor, and kindness.
