I am so sad of the loss of Linda. She was an eternally cheerful spirit. I don't remember a time she did not seem to me to be very happy and engaged in life. We were so honored to have her here when Ita turned 100, and we were so happy to be with her and meet all the family at the wedding. It is very sad to know she was ill and for such a long time. I can't imagine. I dearly hope she is at peace and happy and watching over all of you from heaven now, and surrounded by family she has been missing (like my mom and Ita.) She is forever remembered. Sending love and wishes for peace and a remained closeness of family, always. Christine

I am so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. We became friends through Project Linus. She was one of the most sweetest, kindest and loving woman I have met. I will truly miss seeing her at our meetings and seeing the beautiful blankets she made. Rest in Heavenly Peace Beautiful Angel.

Mis sinceras condolencias por la pérdida de su ser querido. También perdí a mi querido padre hace unos años atrás. Me consoló mucho lo que la Biblia enseña en cuanto a la resurrección, es una de las enseñanzas fundamentales de la Palabra de Dios, cuando Jesus estuvo en la tierra hizo resurrecciones, uso el poder que Dios su Padre le dio, ese mismo poder que nuestro Creador uso para crear todas las cosas, hay un ejemplo de ello en Juan 11:39-44. Que esperanza más bonita nos da nuestro Creador Jehová, así como las hermana de Lazaro lo abrazaron, nosotros volveremos a abrazar a nuestros seres queridos cuando vengan en la resurrección, que esperanza más bonita. La Palabra de Dios también nos da consuelo, nos dice que él no causa la muerte de ningún ser humano, no usa a la muerte para llevarse a nadie, Jehová ve la muerte como un cruel enemigo, con su poder promete quitarla de la tierra, así lo enseña en 1 Corintios 15:26. Jehová nos da estas buenas noticias porque nos ama, estas enseñanzas me dan esperanza y consuelo, espero que así sea para ustedes en estos momentos de dolor.

I am so very saddened to learn of Linda’s passing. The members of Project Linus will miss her dearly. We send our sincere condolences to her family and friends. She was a sweet, kind, and charitable woman, helping many children through her contributions of beautiful handmade blankets for Project Linus. Most of all, she was our friend May she Rest In Peace.
