Born on February 25, 1960, in Esmeraldas, Ecuador, and a cherished member of the North Bergen community, Victor lived a life defined by kindness, quiet strength, hard work, and unwavering devotion to his family.

He was the beloved husband of Margarita Bespin, devoted father of Edison, Dayana, Josmary, and Josaury, proud grandfather of Alisson, Dariel, Elijah, and Yameelah, and dear brother of Hiveth, Jhonny, and Alicia. To know Victor was to feel truly welcomed and cared for. He had a rare gift for making those around him feel valued, comfortable, and at home.

Victor was a humble man with a generous and warm spirit, who gave of himself freely and without expectation. He worked tirelessly throughout his life to provide for his family, offering not only his strength and dedication, but also a steady presence that brought comfort and security to those he loved. His sacrifices were quiet, his love was constant, and his legacy is lasting. Known for his skilled hands and willingness to help, Victor was always the first to arrive when someone needed assistance, whether to repair, build, or simply lend support. He never hesitated when others called on him. Beyond his helpful nature, he loved music and dancing, shared thoughtful advice, and carried a gentle smile and kind words that could brighten even the most difficult days.
