Rosa Del Valle, who loved to be called “Mama” by her kids, departed her loving family on 7/22/25.

Rosa was born in Ponce PR on 6/25/44 to Dolores Baez & Adolfo Torres.

Rosa was mother to Luis & Blanca and departed son Ismael. She raised her children with love and devotion in The Bronx, NY with her husband Ismael Del Valle Sr. and later on, in Hoboken, NJ.

As a special needs children’s aide for First Student Inc. transportation in Englewood NJ, Rosa was known for her compassion, thoughtfulness, kindness and optimistic outlook on life. Her hobbies included sewing and gardening. She was most proud of her religious beliefs as a devoted Jehovah’s Witness for 55yrs.

She is survived by her Children, Luis & Blanca, Grandson, Ismael, 4 granddaughters and 3 great grandchildren.

Aside from the children she doted on, Rosa is survived by 3 Siblings.

Services will be held at Jorge Rivera Funeral Home, 4543 Kennedy Blvd., North Bergen, NJ 07047 on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm with a special religious sermon at 6:30 pm
