n Loving Memory of Fadua Diaz

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Fadua Diaz on Saturday, February 22, 2025, after her courageous battle with cancer. Born to Rosa Francia Olivero and Francisco Thevene Rodriguez in La Vega, Dominican Republic. Fadua arrived to the United States in 1963, living in Union City, NJ for a majority of her life. She is a proud graduate from Emerson High School. She will be forever remembered for her strength, kindness, and infectious humor.

Fadua is survived by her beloved family: her daughter, Sandy Lee Diaz, and grandchildren, Ariana and Abian Carrasquillo; her son, Saulo Diaz, and his spouse, Kimberly Diaz, along with their children, Kylie and Layla; her devoted husband, Raymond Diaz; and her brother, Nelson Garrabito, and his spouse, Dawn Garrabito, along with their sons, Anthony, Michael, and Christopher.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and faith. May she rest in eternal peace.

Fadua Diaz visitation will be Wednesday, February 26, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Blessing will be offered Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 9:45 AM at the funeral home. Followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, New Jersey.
