Obituary of Olga Luz Vazquez

In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Mother, Olga Vazquez.

With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Olga Vazquez, who left this world peacefully at the age of 69. Born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, she was the cherished daughter of Ana Cruz and Jose Antonio Morales.

Olga was a woman of boundless love, resilience, and warmth. She dedicated her life to supporting and nurturing others, both in her family and career. Her passion for education and administration led her to work for many years at the Child Study Team and Saint Peter’s University, where she touched countless lives with her kindness and unwavering dedication.

Beyond her work, Olga had a beautiful spirit that shined through her many passions. She found solace in painting, pouring her heart into each brushstroke, and she had a deep love for Korean shows, which brought her both comfort and joy.

Above all, Olga’s greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted wife to Jose Vazquez, a loving mother to Angelica, Kalimah, Stephanie, Andy, Melony, and Bobby, and a proud grandmother to Joshua, Ava, Lennox, Aiden, Kiley, Hunter, Ezra, Tyler, and Jeremy. She was also a beloved sister to Edwin Morales and Tony Morales. Her love, wisdom, and kindness will forever remain in our hearts.

We invite family and friends to join us in honoring and celebrating Olga’s life. Wake services will be held on February 15th, 2025 at Jorge Rivera Funeral Home, 4543 John F Kennedy Blvd, North Bergen, NJ 07047, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

While we grieve this immense loss, we take comfort in knowing that her love and light will continue to guide us. Olga’s presence in our lives was a gift, and though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will remain in our hearts forever.

“Those we love don’t go away; they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near—still loved, still missed, and forever dear.”

Rest in peace, our beautiful mother. Your love will live on in all of us.
